Online book studies that have not been accessed are refundable within 5 days of purchase date. No refund will be issued on any assignment that has been accessed, viewed, or partially completed. Online training courses may not be transferred to another student. Graduate Credit: Please review Seattle Pacific University and Brandman University policies for refunds.
We require payment for our In-Person events upfront and no later than 2 weeks prior to a scheduled class, There will be a $75 cancellation fee for any cancellations after the due date and no refunds issued within 48 hours of the class date. Registration fees paid with a school district purchase order are due upon receipt of our invoice and payment must be received whether or not the registrant attends, as a position has been held for them in the class.
Individuals enrolled in Teacher Study courses must adhere to a high level of personal and academic integrity. You are required to adhere to the following academic policy:
Academic work submitted by the individual, such as papers and course handouts, shall be the student’s own work. Submission of commercially or artificially prepared coursework and materials as if they were one’s own work is unacceptable.
By submitting your work under your name, you are verifying that you, and only you, have completed the assignments in accordance to our integrity policy as stated above.
If this is proven otherwise, we have the right to revoke any grades or clock hours that have been approved. We will, in turn, contact the issuing educational district and/or university with our findings.
